WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

You create trust in IKEA among our customers by guaranteeing a positive store experience before, during and after their purchase. You constantly monitor customers’ feedback through the different channels in order to anticipate on potential hindrances, put solutions in place and improve the total shopping experience. You listen to customers and draw on your knowledge to offer solutions and make decisions. You optimise the workflow for shopping tools, childcare and welcome at the store entrance. You motivate, inspire and engage your team to achieve the targets set. You also ensure accurate and SMART staff planning in order to offer high quality of customer service levels.
