Als People & Culture Generalist:
- Weet hoe je langetermijnplannen uitvoert op basis van vastgelegde budgetten en
doelstellingen
- Heb je kennis hoe je medewerkers engageert via het medewerkerstraject en de
jaarcyclus.
- Heb je kennis van de rechten en plichten van werknemers en werkgevers en het
bemiddelen in de relaties tussen werknemers, werkgeversentiteiten en
vakbonden
- Weet je hoe je de prestaties van medewerkers ten opzichte van organisatie- en
individuele doelstellingen identificeert, evalueert, stimuleert en waarborgt
- Weet je hoe je een medewerker op doeltreffende en prestatiebevorderende wijze
kan laten kennismaken met IKEA, het team en het werk
- Weet je hoe je partnershipmodellen op een verantwoorde manier kan gebruiken,
besturen en beheren om betrouwbare partnerrelaties op te bouwen.
Wat je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zullen zijn
Als People & Culture Generalist ondersteun je de Unit Manager, de managers en de
medewerkers zodat ze hun resultaten kunnen leveren en een uitstekend contact met de
klant kunnen realiseren. Verder zal je expertise bieden wat betreft 'People'-kwesties, operationele People kwesties behandelen en toezien dat de plaatselijke People strategieën op de meest effectieve en efficiënte manier worden
uitgevoerd. Ten slotte zal je bijdragen tot een constructieve samenwerking met de ondernemingsraad/vakbonden waar nodig.
