What you'll be doing day to day
• Participate in the financial business planning process for the assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring that the financial plan is aligned with the BPL priorities while involving and creating commitment among stakeholders on performance management and goal setting. Furthermore, contribute on the total country
business planning process together with the Business Navigation Manager.
• Project and follow up the long-term financial development goals in the assigned areas of responsibility by connecting the objectives of the IKEA Direction, Market Penetration Plan and identified business opportunities in the country and the impact on the profit and loss.
• Secure documentation and relevant evaluation of business cases are provided to allow catching business opportunities in the assigned areas of responsibility. Together with stakeholders analyze and evaluate benefits, costs and investments, looking at the business from all relevant perspectives, ensuring a good return on investment and qualitative business cases.
• Drive the goal setting process for the assigned areas of responsibility by confirming roles & responsibilities, using the goal setting assumptions and confirming key business drivers & strategic initiatives as input to develop the business plans to achieve goals and finally review and approve the budget/plans.
• Secure a pro-active, documented and anchored way of working with scenario planning and ensure actions are taken when defined trigger points and relevant timing from the agreed scenario planning are actual, thus providing fast reactions to performance deviations while optimizing the business performance in the
short term for the assigned areas of responsibility.
• Prepare the business performance follow-up and forecasting process for certain markets in a multichannel context, in line with the global business navigation year cycle and in close co-operation with the country and market management teams.

SALARY DISCLOSURE- The ideal pay range for this role is$112,998.00-$167,891.00 based on the Conshohocken Pay Tier.
This position is a hybrid role with 3 days a week on site. The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance to Conshohocken PA or one of the following Distribution Centers: Quakertown PA, Staten Island NY, Westampton NJ, Perryville MD, Lakeland FL or Savannah GA.
